Discover a teambuilding day in Aragon, designed to combine cohesion, shared enjoyment and connection with the environment. In natural, rural or cultural spaces in the region, teams will be able to participate in an experience adapted to their size and needs: either in an intimate format for small groups or on a large scale for large staff.

During the day, the dynamics are designed to enhance collaboration, promote communication and reinforce the common identity. The Aragonese environment, with its diversity of landscapes and proposals, adds value to every moment lived. An opportunity to coexist, share and build stronger relationships within the team.

A two-day proposal designed for small teams that wish to strengthen their cohesion while generating a positive impact. In the natural environment of Alcoià, the group will participate in corporate social responsibility activities, such as environmental actions or collaborations with local projects, combined with group dynamics and wellness spaces.

Accommodation in a welcoming space allows you to extend the experience, encourage coexistence and strengthen bonds in a calm, authentic and meaningful environment.

Objectives:

• Connect with the biodiversity of the environment.
• Promote the ecological awareness of the team.
• Promote sustainable habits as a group.

Live a two-day experience in the middle of nature, in a cozy hostel located next to the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park. This extended day is designed for groups looking for tranquility, knowledge and connection, both with the environment and among classmates.

During the program, the group will take a guided environmental interpretation tour  with a field notebook, identifying representative species of the local flora and fauna. In addition, a practical wildlife tracking activity will be carried out  with an expert naturalist, which includes the analysis of footprints, the use of photo traps and other respectful techniques to study micromammals.

A formative and leisurely proposal that allows you to disconnect from the daily rhythm and strengthen cohesion through coexistence, shared learning and immersion in a privileged natural environment.

Una proposta dissenyada per a equips petits que desitgen avançar junts, millorar la coordinació i enfortir la col·laboració a través d’una experiència formativa compartida. En un entorn natural i inspirador del Penedès o el Garraf, aquesta jornada combina formació pràctica, reflexió i treball en equip, adaptada a les necessitats reals de cada grup.

Amb activitats personalitzades i espais acollidors, la jornada permet desenvolupar habilitats professionals mentre es reforcen els vincles, s’identifiquen àrees de millora i es defineixen accions concretes per aplicar en el dia a dia. Una experiència íntima, útil i transformadora, ideal per a equips que volen créixer junts en un ambient que afavoreix la connexió, la concentració i el progrés compartit.

Objectius:

• Reduir la petjada ecològica de l’organització amb accions concretes.
• Millorar la cohesió i col·laboració de l’equip.
• Promoure una cultura sostenible i responsable.

Aquesta jornada està pensada per a empreses, entitats i col·lectius que volen fer un pas endavant en el compromís ambiental i en la millora del treball en equip. A través d’una formació principal centrada en la reducció de la petjada ecològica, els participants identificaran àrees de millora dins de la seva organització i dissenyaran un pla d’acció realista i personalitzat per aplicar pràctiques més sostenibles en el seu dia a dia. Es treballaran temes clau com la gestió de residus, l’eficiència energètica, el consum responsable i la mobilitat sostenible.

Després d’aquesta primera part, els assistents podran escollir una activitat formativa complementària entre diverses opcions relacionades amb la dinamització d’equips, la comunicació, la gestió emocional, la igualtat de gènere, la inclusió o el benestar laboral. Aquestes activitats permeten adaptar la jornada a les necessitats concretes de cada grup i reforçar diferents aspectes del desenvolupament personal i professional.

Una proposta ideal per a equips reduïts de fins a 20 persones, que busquen un entorn inspirador per formar-se, reflexionar i enfortir els seus vincles mentre incorporen eines útils i aplicables tant a nivell individual com organitzacional.

This conference, which takes place in the region of La Hoya de Buñol, combines corporate social responsibility activities with a strong sense of teamwork. Perfect for groups of 20 people or more, it is structured with dynamics and spaces that encourage interaction, collaboration and shared commitment. An excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships, optimize teamwork and leave a positive footprint on the environment.

Objectives

• To promote collective reflection on the role of the company in caring for the environment.
• Promote proactive and conscious attitudes within the team around sustainability.
• To leave the usual work environment to promote new dynamics of relationship and collaboration.
• Stimulate experiential learning through practical and meaningful activities.

The space, surrounded by nature, has outdoor areas, a large dining room and areas equipped to develop group activities in a comfortable and participatory way.

During the day, participants will be able to choose between three educational proposals with an environmental and social approach:
 Participate in the Rivers Project, carrying out a field study in a section of the Buñol River to learn first-hand about its ecological status; Reflect on responsible consumption through "From the planet to the basket", a dynamic that connects daily habits with global realities; Or enjoy the Efficiency Trivia, a cooperative game to discover, in a playful way, the keys to sustainable energy and the responsible use of resources.

An enriching experience to learn, live together and act consciously in a privileged natural environment.

An experience designed to generate a positive impact through corporate social responsibility activities, while strengthening the team's bonds in a natural environment.

Aimed at both medium groups (20–60 people) and large-format teams (more than 60), this day combines actions of environmental or social value with large spaces and collaborative dynamics that promote cohesion and a sense of belonging.

The proposal includes an overnight stay, which allows you to share more time, disconnect from the usual rhythm and live a deeper and more transformative experience. During the two days, the team actively participates in purposeful initiatives, in an atmosphere that fosters connection, motivation and collective commitment.

• To strengthen the cohesion of the group.
• Reflect on responsible consumption.
• Stimulate commitment to sustainability.

Live a two-day experience in a quiet and welcoming natural environment, ideal for disconnecting from the routine and strengthening team bonds. The hostel has outdoor spaces and areas prepared to enjoy group activities in a comfortable and participatory way.

During the stay, participants will be able to choose between three proposals with an environmental and social approach: carry out a field study of the Buñol River with the Rivers Project, reflect on responsible consumption with the dynamic "From the planet to the basket" or learn about energy sustainability in a playful way with the "Trivial of efficiency".
