Inclusive activities are designed to promote diversity and strengthen cohesion, creating safe spaces where all members feel valued and integrated. Through awareness-raising workshops and team dynamics, these experiences contribute to building a culture of social inclusion, fostering respect and collaboration.
The Host a Plate activity is an initiative of CEAR that seeks to promote the inclusion of refugees through gastronomy. In this workshop, corporate teams have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional recipes from various countries, guided by refugees who share their life stories and culinary culture. This experience not only enriches the participants on a gastronomic level, but also promotes team cohesion, empathy and intercultural understanding. Workshops can be held in local markets or at the company's facilities, creating a close and participatory environment. In addition, this activity contributes to improving the employability of refugees, providing them with a platform to showcase their skills and facilitate their social and labour integration.
