In addition, role-playing exercises and group work are carried out to promote cohesion, mutual understanding, and collaboration. The experience ends with a group reflection to identify how to apply these learnings in the workplace, helping to create more inclusive and respectful environments within the company.
Objectives:

Guided by adult students from the Jeroni de Moragas school, participants complete various challenges that help them understand the world from different perspectives. The experience includes a basketball game with reduced vision, a wheelchair mobility simulation, and alternative communication dynamics.
