Participants will be able to choose from a variety of group dynamics aimed at improving communication and trust: from cooperative challenges and logic-based games like "Deactivate the Bomb", to movement-based activities such as the cooperative wheel or collaborative party games.
The day also includes a dynamic, team-building lunch and the option to close the experience with a powerful group drumming session—symbolizing synchronicity, listening, and the shared rhythm of the team.

Discover a unique teambuilding experience in the rural surroundings of Biel, a charming village nestled within the Protected Landscape of the Sierra de Santo Domingo. Over the course of two days, the team will disconnect from their usual work pace, reconnect with one another, and enjoy nature through hands-on, sustainable, and enriching activities.

The itinerary includes a guided nature walk, collecting organic eggs and vegetables, a cooking workshop using local products, aromatic plant distillation, and outdoor stargazing. The experience concludes with a cultural visit to Biel’s historic town center, its medieval castle, Renaissance church, and old Jewish quarter.
