Reservations and Availability

How far in advance can I book a day?

To ensure optimal organization of the day, it is necessary to make the reservation at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability.

What happens if we need to change the date of a reservation?

Subject to availability, we can change the booking date. If there is no availability, we will try to offer you alternatives so you can still enjoy your day..

Can last-minute activities be booked?

It will always depend on the availability of the activity or space you wish to reserve. If possible, we will gladly help you organize your day. Even so, we recommend making your reservation at least 15 days in advance so we can give you the attention you need.

Activities and Personalization

Can we customize the activities to suit our needs?

Yes, if you want to organize a day with TakeYourTeam and you need an activity or training course that is not in our catalog, we can design it to measure, adapt an existing activity to your needs, or find an expert collaborator to offer you a personalized proposal.

Which activities are available year-round and which are seasonal?

We offer seasonal activities, as they are linked to local products, the time of year, weather conditions, or specific dates on the calendar. You can find them on a limited-time basis or as needed.

Is it possible to do activities in another language?

The activities are scheduled to take place in Spanish, Catalan, and, for the most part, also in English. Some can be conducted in other languages such as French, German, and Japanese, among others. If you are interested in participating in a different language, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why are some activities not available in certain spaces?

Our activities and experiences are led by local people, so they are closely linked to their immediate surroundings. We offer activities that can be taken to other locations, as well as those designed for you to discover and fully enjoy the area where they take place.

Can we combine one of our own activities with one from your catalog?

Yes, we adapt the sessions to your needs and organize the schedules to make it easy to combine all the options..

What does the rental price of the space include?

The price of the published space includes the coffee break and a meal for the group, either lunch or dinner.

Is it possible to rent just the space for our activities?

Yes, you can rent the space and combine it with coffee breaks and food, allowing you to carry out any activity you bring, whether your own or external.

What types of accommodation are available? Are there options for large groups?

We offer various types of accommodation, including farmhouses and hotels with double or single rooms, as well as houses and hostels with shared rooms. You can check the features of each property for more information and to explore options for larger groups.

Can we cook in the spaces or bring our own catering?

What happens if our company's space or location does not meet the requirements of the activity?

In these cases, if it's not possible to adapt the activity to the space, we'll recommend alternative activities that are suitable. If you prefer to keep the activity, we can also offer you appropriate spaces to carry it out.

Training and Bonuses

Who can receive training subsidies through TakeYourTeam?

According to Article 9.1 of Law 20/2015, regulated in Chapter II: “Employees who provide their services in companies or public entities not included in the scope of application of training agreements in Public Administrations and who contribute to Social Security for professional training, including fixed-term intermittent workers in periods of non-occupation, as well as workers who become unemployed when they are in a training period and workers affected by temporary measures of suspension of contract for economic, technical, organizational or production reasons, in their periods of suspension of employment.”
