This conference, which takes place in the region of La Hoya de Buñol, combines corporate social responsibility activities with a strong sense of teamwork. Perfect for groups of 20 people or more, it is structured with dynamics and spaces that encourage interaction, collaboration and shared commitment. An excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships, optimize teamwork and leave a positive footprint on the environment.

Objectives

The space, surrounded by nature, has outdoor areas, a large dining room and areas equipped to develop group activities in a comfortable and participatory way.

During the day, participants will be able to choose between three educational proposals with an environmental and social approach:
 Participate in the Rivers Project, carrying out a field study in a section of the Buñol River to learn first-hand about its ecological status; Reflect on responsible consumption through "From the planet to the basket", a dynamic that connects daily habits with global realities; Or enjoy the Efficiency Trivia, a cooperative game to discover, in a playful way, the keys to sustainable energy and the responsible use of resources.

A day in the Sierra de Mariola designed to generate a positive impact both in the environment and within the organization. It combines corporate social responsibility actions with team dynamics, promoting not only sustainability and the efficient use of resources, but also the construction of diverse, inclusive teams with shared values. Designed for small groups of less than 20 people, this intimate and exclusive experience offers personalized activities and spaces that promote authentic connection, group cohesion and the improvement of the work environment. A transformative proposal that combines social commitment and corporate well-being.

Connecting with the environment, strengthening bonds and taking care of individual and collective well-being: this conference proposes a transformative experience for work teams in the middle of nature, within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park.

In a cozy hostel, surrounded by tranquility and vegetation, the group will be able to choose between two activities designed to promote cohesion, communication and shared growth: a bicycle route with experiential dynamics focused on emotional well-being, or a day of hiking combined with self-care exercises, active listening and teamwork.

Both proposals use methodologies based on the connection with nature and have a solidarity component, since their realization contributes to a social project of reuse of bicycles for people in vulnerable situations. A full day to reconnect, be inspired and move forward together with purpose.
