Activities and games to encourage communication create spaces where team members can express ideas openly, promoting active listening and constructive dialogue. These experiences favor cooperation, strengthen the resolution of disagreements and improve the interaction between coworkers, contributing to a more collaborative environment.
Depending on the number of participants and the space, there will be a dinner enlivened by a live role-playing game. Through different clues and putting into practice all your communication and deductive skills you will have to discover the great enigma, which will present itself in the aperitif, before you finish your meal! Each participant will become a character and will have a unique objective until the end of the evening, all accompanied by a lunch/dinner to put us in the situation. Activity in which we will have to see from another point of view, those people with whom we share spaces day by day, because we will not know who is who and what objectives they hide until the end of the meal.
Objectives:
The activity Cooking through Language offers corporate teams a unique experience that combines hands-on language learning with gastronomy. During this session, participants will work together to prepare traditional dishes from different cultures, while learning vocabulary and expressions in the corresponding language. This immersive methodology allows team members to improve their communication skills in a new language while strengthening cohesion and collaboration among them. Additionally, the activity promotes cultural diversity and empathy, as participants discover new culinary traditions and cultural perspectives. Adaptable to different levels of linguistic and culinary knowledge, this experience can be carried out either at the company’s premises or in partner professional kitchens, ensuring an enriching and flavourful day.
