They are a great way to raise awareness about the positive impact of each action, creating a more committed and proactive team in protecting the planet.
A light walk where participants learn to identify edible seasonal wild plants and discover their medicinal, culinary, and nutritional uses. The activity ends with a wild picnic in the forest, made with 100% plant-based, local, and seasonal ingredients. This is an ideal team-building experience to promote environmental awareness and sustainability.
Objectives:
This regenerative experience combines an interpretive hiking route with a seed and reforestation workshop. During the hike, participants will discover local biodiversity, the benefits of regenerative agriculture, and how nature can be restored using sustainable techniques. In the workshop, attendees will learn to create seed bombs, a reforestation technique using native seeds to restore degraded areas. The activity not only promotes sustainability and a connection with nature but also encourages team cohesion and collaboration.
Objectives:
This group activity invites us to learn in a playful and participatory way about clean and renewable energies. Through a dynamic Trivial game format, participants will face questions and challenges related to the true meaning of energy efficiency and the sustainable resources available on our planet.
Each team will be asked to test their knowledge, share ideas, and collaborate to discover which energy sources are the most beneficial, sustainable, and efficient. The aim is not only to get the answers right, but also to reflect on energy habits and the importance of making responsible decisions towards the environment.
Objectives:
Â
Â
A 100% practical and transformative activity to understand how the energy that drives the world works and how we can make it cleaner and more sustainable.
Through visits to real facilities and the construction of small renewable energy sources (such as a solar collector, a solar cooker, or a small wind turbine), participants will learn to distinguish between renewable and non-renewable energy sources, understand their advantages, and value their responsible use.
Each participant will build their own small energy source and take it home as a souvenir.
Objectives:
A transformative activity that invites us to reconnect with the earth, health, and essential knowledge. In this practical workshop, participants will learn how to create a garden from scratch: from designing and preparing the soil to planting organic seeds and combining them with aromatic plants to naturally protect crops.
With the help of experts, they will discover how to work the soil respectfully, make organic fertilizers, recognize substrates, and understand how the position of the sun, wind, and light affect the crop. Each person will take home a seedling and a container with organic seeds, as well as instructions for continuing to grow.
A perfect experience for teams looking to work on values such as sustainability, self-management, creativity, and respect for the land.
Objectives:
The Dry Stone activity offers corporate teams a hands-on experience in restoring dry stone walls, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. During the session, participants learn this traditional technique, promoting collaboration, patience, and resilience. Building these walls helps preserve the rural landscape, prevents erosion, and supports biodiversity. Additionally, the activity allows teams to make a positive and sustainable impact, with a zero-kilometre approach. This experience takes place at the Urpina estate, a natural area managed by AMPANS, where environmental preservation is combined with social inclusion. A unique opportunity to strengthen team cohesion, connect with nature, and contribute to environmental well-being.
Objectives:
A practical and hands-on workshop to discover how to transform organic waste into a valuable resource for the soil: compost. With the help of a live worm composter, participants will learn how to feed, care for, and harvest humus, while exploring the fascinating cycle of organic matter.
The activity includes playful dynamics and visual materials to better understand the history of waste, the benefits of composting, and the vital role of these small natural allies.

The Forest Management activity offers corporate teams a practical and meaningful experience focused on the conservation of forests and local biodiversity. Participants work together to clear the underbrush, remove invasive species, and plant native vegetation, contributing to fire prevention and ecosystem improvement. Additionally, the activity includes a theoretical introduction on the importance of sustainable forest management, as well as basic techniques to care for the natural environment. This experience not only strengthens team cohesion and collaborative work but also raises awareness about the importance of protecting the environment. The activity takes place at the Urpina estate, a natural area managed by AMPANS, combining sustainability with the social development of people with intellectual disabilities.
Objectives:
A playful and collaborative experience where teams solve clues to complete an environmental escape room. Through this interactive game, participants learn about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and reflect on their daily habits and their impact on the planet.
Small groups will unlock boxes, solve challenges and work together to reach the final goal. The session ends with a guided group discussion to share insights and reflections.
Objectives:
A creative, artisanal, and sustainable activity that invites participants to reconnect with the knowledge of our ancestors through the making of eco-friendly soap.
In this hands-on workshop, the team will discover how to transform natural ingredients such as essential oils, clays, medicinal plants, and plant-based dyes into a unique, personalized, and environmentally friendly bar of soap. From recycling used oil to choosing scents and textures, each participant will experience the complete process of creating an artisanal soap, learning the properties of its ingredients and letting their creativity run wild.
An ideal option for companies committed to activities with values, conscious crafts, and shared sensory experiences.
Objectives:

The Project Rivers is an initiative by the Hábitats Association that promotes citizen participation in the conservation and improvement of rivers and brings people closer to river ecosystems, biodiversity, ecological and sociocultural values, as well as identifying the problems affecting them and reflecting on how to mitigate them. We invite you and your colleagues to participate in the scientific study of a section of the Buñol River, where, through field inspection sheets and practical measurements, we will learn about the river’s condition.

The Acorn Planting activity offers corporate teams a practical and educational experience focused on conserving natural heritage. It begins with a visit to a mother tree of the Quercus genus (holm oak or oak) to manually collect acorns, while explaining their natural dispersal and ecological importance. Participants then follow a trail through different stages of ecological succession (bare land, grassland, scrub, and maquis) to understand how vegetation evolves into a mature forest. Finally, they manually plant the acorns under the shrubs of a maquis, actively contributing to the restoration of a threatened plant species. This activity promotes the creation of mature forest ecosystems that reduce fire risk, improve water retention, and provide food and shelter for wildlife.
Objectives:
A discovery and orientation dynamic where, using a map, participants must locate a series of points in the area based on their current position. Always set in a simple, low-risk environment, they learn in a fun way and in a beautiful natural setting to develop map-reading and interpretation skills, as well as teamwork and cooperation. Once the teams have completed the first route, and while taking a short break, key aspects of the activity are reviewed, and a second round is proposed to apply what was learned in the first circuit. After completing the second round, it’s time to recognize improvements, highlight learnings, and define final conclusions to transfer the new skills to the daily work environment.
Objectives:
A teambuilding experience with real impact: teams in action to protect the coast. We'll work in groups to carry out a collaborative beach clean-up, collecting waste and reflecting on its origin and consequences. Afterwards, an inspiring talk will help us understand the scale of plastic pollution, the ecological value of the Garraf coastline, and what we can do—individually and as a company—to make a difference. An experience that connects team, nature, and awareness.
Objectives:
A sensory and educational experience to explore the fascinating world of aromatic plants. Through a natural display, participants will be able to see, touch, and smell a variety of plant species, learning how to identify them and discover their traditional uses.
We’ll dive into the history of how these plants have been used and how they are transformed into natural essences for perfumes and cosmetics using artisanal methods. The highlight of the session will be a live demonstration of the distillation process using a copper still, showing how essential oils and hydrosols are naturally extracted.
An experience that blends science, tradition, and sensitivity—perfect for reconnecting with nature through the senses.
