Team Creativity: Art Activities for Companies

The Drum Circle is an interactive experience in which all participants are given percussion instruments and create music together under the guidance of a facilitator. No prior musical knowledge is required. The activity begins with ice-breaker dynamics and continues with a variety of musical exercises that foster team cohesion, respect, and communication. Through body percussion and the use of instruments such as djembes, goliats, shakers, and güiros, participants experience the importance of active listening and collective synchronization.

A musical activity where participants are divided into bands that must complete various challenges to sell the most tickets and achieve “Sold Out” status. Challenges include guessing songs, miming, lip-reading, and singing snippets of well-known tracks. Each challenge awards a certain number of tickets depending on the team’s success. The facilitator, with theatrical skills and a passion for music, leads the activity and keeps the energy high throughout the session. The experience ends with a karaoke session where everyone can showcase their talent. Perfect for enhancing team cohesion and breaking the ice in a fun, engaging atmosphere.
