The session includes practical mindful tasting exercises to enhance full attention and enjoy each bite more intensely. Strategies are also worked on to improve eating habits in the workplace, promoting health and performance. This experience not only contributes to individual well-being but also strengthens team cohesion by sharing a space of calm and connection. The activity can be adapted to the needs of the group and is part of corporate well-being programs.

The Maridajes activity offers corporate teams a gastronomic experience that combines the tasting of wines and cheeses from the Ampans Foundation with the discovery of social inclusion.The activity takes place at the Urpina estate, a social economy project that provides employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
During the session, a sommelier guides participants through different pairings featuring wines such as Dues Mans and Gebrada, and award-winning cheeses like Bufalet, Garrotxa, and Lupulus.The experience includes a guided tour through the vineyards and around the estate, explaining the Foundation’s project and its origins.This activity fosters team cohesion and communication in a relaxed setting while raising awareness about social inclusion.
Objectives:
"Fem Calçots" is a gastronomic and cultural team-building activity where teamwork is key. Participants will be divided into groups and will need to overcome various challenges to gather the ingredients needed to cook an authentic calçotada. The experience includes a friendly competition to see who makes the best calçot sauce. This activity promotes communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding in a relaxed and fun environment. Ideal for strengthening work relationships in companies from any sector.

Located in the heart of nature in Tierra Estella, this activity allows participants to learn firsthand about the cultivation of organic olive trees and the production process of olive oil derivatives. Participants visit the plantations to learn about sustainable agricultural techniques, take part in an olive oil tasting, and during the harvest season, they can collect olives and take home a bottle of freshly made olive oil. The experience begins with a treasure hunt in the natural surroundings of Urpina, where participants must find the ingredients needed to prepare their own paella. This challenge is done in collaboration with users from the AMPANS Foundation, promoting inclusion and communication. Once the ingredients are gathered, it’s time to cook! With dynamics inspired by sensory and physical disabilities, participants will discover new ways to collaborate, communicate, and solve challenges while preparing this traditional dish. Finally, everyone enjoys a delicious meal prepared together, strengthening bonds and leaving an enriching and fun experience to remember.
Objectives:
This activity offers an authentic experience to learn how to cook Valencian paella using fresh ingredients from the Ruzafa market. The team of local chefs and assistants guides the group in a fun and dynamic atmosphere, promoting collaboration and teamwork. In the morning, the group visits the market to select the necessary products while discovering Valencian culinary culture and traditions.
During the visit, participants learn about the origin of the ingredients and their importance in the original recipe. Afterwards, they move to the kitchen to enjoy welcome tapas before starting the hands-on class. Each participant learns to prepare paella by following the chef’s instructions, who shares traditional tips and techniques. The session ends with a communal paella tasting, accompanied by local wines and typical desserts, in a relaxed and laid-back environment—ideal for strengthening group cohesion.

This regenerative experience combines an interpretive hiking route with a seed and reforestation workshop. During the hike, participants will discover local biodiversity, the benefits of regenerative agriculture, and how nature can be restored using sustainable techniques. In the workshop, attendees will learn to create seed bombs, a reforestation technique using native seeds to restore degraded areas. The activity not only promotes sustainability and a connection with nature but also encourages team cohesion and collaboration.

This experience offers an exclusive antiaging treatment based on the properties of olive polyphenols, recognized for their high antioxidant power. Participants will enjoy a bath of olive juices in stone vats from the 11th century, accompanied by a relaxation session. The activity can be combined with a Finnish sauna and a tasting of organic products made from organic olive trees. This unique experience is designed to promote well-being, disconnection, and cellular regeneration in a historical and natural environment.
Objectives:
This immersive experience allows participants to be part of the ecological olive tree cultivation process. You can choose between two options: planting olive trees, where each participant can plant a tree that they can visit in the future, or harvesting olives during the harvest season (November-December), with the possibility of taking home a bottle of freshly made olive oil. During the activity, ecological techniques used in sustainable production will be explained, and a tasting of olive oil-derived products will be offered.

In this workshop, corporate teams have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional recipes from various countries, guided by refugees who share their life stories and culinary culture. This experience not only enriches the participants on a gastronomic level, but also promotes team cohesion, empathy and intercultural understanding. Workshops can be held in local markets or at the company's facilities, creating a close and participatory environment. In addition, this activity contributes to improving the employability of refugees, providing them with a platform to showcase their skills and facilitate their social and labour integration.
