The Sensory Gymkhana activity offers corporate teams the chance to enjoy a unique experience that combines teambuilding and social inclusion. Guided by adult students from the Jeroni de Moragas school, participants complete various challenges that help them understand the world from different perspectives. The experience includes a basketball game with reduced vision, a wheelchair mobility simulation, and alternative communication dynamics.
The activity ends with a cognitive and sensory immersion full of sensations that foster empathy and respect. This gymkhana not only strengthens team cohesion but also raises awareness about functional diversity, offering a meaningful experience for all participants. Additionally, it gives student facilitators a valuable opportunity to develop social and professional skills.
This activity takes place at the Ampans Foundation, specifically in the “L’Art de Viure” art center, a day center where people with disabilities let their imagination soar through painting, achieving internationally recognized art awards.
Aimed at work teams, leaders, and business professionals seeking to improve internal cohesion and promote empathy and respect through hands-on experiences.
