With dynamics inspired by sensory and physical disabilities, participants will discover new ways to collaborate, communicate, and solve challenges while preparing this traditional dish. Finally, everyone enjoys a delicious meal prepared together, strengthening bonds and leaving an enriching and fun experience to remember.

The Sensory Gymkhana activity offers corporate teams the chance to enjoy a unique experience that combines teambuilding and social inclusion. Guided by adult students from the Jeroni de Moragas school, participants complete various challenges that help them understand the world from different perspectives. The experience includes a basketball game with reduced vision, a wheelchair mobility simulation, and alternative communication dynamics.
The activity ends with a cognitive and sensory immersion full of sensations that foster empathy and respect. Objectives:
Join us for a unique day of nature, viticulture, and oenology. The visit consists of three parts: a walk through the vineyards to discover and learn about their life cycles, soil, and climate... A part focused on oenology, among presses and barrels, where the different winemaking and aging processes are explained. The experience ends with a tasting of our wines and regional products while a wine tasting course is conducted, followed by a meal. This unforgettable educational day is led by the winery's oenologist. A dossier will be handed out during the visit to help participants understand and continue practicing the art of tasting at home. The visit includes a viticulture course held in the vineyard and an enological tour of the winery.

Amb activitats personalitzades i espais acollidors, la jornada permet desenvolupar habilitats professionals mentre es reforcen els vincles, s’identifiquen àrees de millora i es defineixen accions concretes per aplicar en el dia a dia. Una experiència íntima, útil i transformadora, ideal per a equips que volen créixer junts en un ambient que afavoreix la connexió, la concentració i el progrés compartit.
Objectius:
Aquesta jornada està pensada per a empreses, entitats i col·lectius que volen fer un pas endavant en el compromís ambiental i en la millora del treball en equip. A través d’una formació principal centrada en la reducció de la petjada ecològica, els participants identificaran àrees de millora dins de la seva organització i dissenyaran un pla d’acció realista i personalitzat per aplicar pràctiques més sostenibles en el seu dia a dia. Es treballaran temes clau com la gestió de residus, l’eficiència energètica, el consum responsable i la mobilitat sostenible.
Després d’aquesta primera part, els assistents podran escollir una activitat formativa complementària entre diverses opcions relacionades amb la dinamització d’equips, la comunicació, la gestió emocional, la igualtat de gènere, la inclusió o el benestar laboral. Aquestes activitats permeten adaptar la jornada a les necessitats concretes de cada grup i reforçar diferents aspectes del desenvolupament personal i professional.
Una proposta ideal per a equips reduïts de fins a 20 persones, que busquen un entorn inspirador per formar-se, reflexionar i enfortir els seus vincles mentre incorporen eines útils i aplicables tant a nivell individual com organitzacional.
A gastronomic contest in which only with teamwork and collaboration will we overcome the challenges that will allow us to achieve everything we need to create the best tapas within the established time. We are not only talking about food, but we will have to develop our skills in teamwork, communication, creative and culinary arts to delight the rest of our colleagues with our creations.

The Drum Circle is an interactive experience in which all participants are given percussion instruments and create music together under the guidance of a facilitator. No prior musical knowledge is required. The activity begins with ice-breaker dynamics and continues with a variety of musical exercises that foster team cohesion, respect, and communication. Through body percussion and the use of instruments such as djembes, goliats, shakers, and güiros, participants experience the importance of active listening and collective synchronization.

Reina de la Pau is a unique space in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, just steps from Plaça Sant Jaume, designed to host corporate meetings, presentations, and conferences. It features five fully equipped rooms with sound systems, projectors, televisions, and Wi-Fi, with capacities adaptable to various formats, from small groups of four to events of up to 60 attendees.
