The Drum Circle is an interactive experience in which all participants are given percussion instruments and create music together under the guidance of a facilitator. No prior musical knowledge is required. The activity begins with ice-breaker dynamics and continues with a variety of musical exercises that foster team cohesion, respect, and communication. Through body percussion and the use of instruments such as djembes, goliats, shakers, and güiros, participants experience the importance of active listening and collective synchronization.

Day 1

Seated on chairs arranged in concentric circles, each participant will have a chair, and on each chair there will be a musical instrument: djembes, goliats, badies, claves, shakers, güiros, soundshapes. The facilitator will lead the group, beginning with ice-breakers and moving on to varied, fun, and dynamic musical activities that will help build group cohesion. Voice work, body percussion, and music will be used to convey the messages agreed upon with the group.

  DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Who makes it?

The activity is led by a facilitator with expertise in collective musical dynamics.
