This hostel, located in the Vall d’Agres within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, can accommodate up to 42 people. The space is ideal for work groups, hiking, and corporate retreats in nature. It features four indoor rooms, two outdoor areas, and a barbecue. While they don't organize their own activities, they can provide contacts for guided tours in Bocairent, horseback riding, Segway tours, and other experiences in the area.

Objectives
Connecting with the environment, strengthening bonds and taking care of individual and collective well-being: this conference proposes a transformative experience for work teams in the middle of nature, within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park.
In a cozy hostel, surrounded by tranquility and vegetation, the group will be able to choose between two activities designed to promote cohesion, communication and shared growth: a bicycle route with experiential dynamics focused on emotional well-being, or a day of hiking combined with self-care exercises, active listening and teamwork.
Both proposals use methodologies based on the connection with nature and have a solidarity component, since their realization contributes to a social project of reuse of bicycles for people in vulnerable situations. A full day to reconnect, be inspired and move forward together with purpose.
Descubre una propuesta única de dos días pensada para equipos de empresa que buscan una experiencia transformadora en un entorno natural y tranquilo. En pleno corazón del Parque Natural de la Sierra de Mariola, esta jornada ofrece la combinación perfecta entre convivencia, desconexión y actividades impactantes diseñadas para fortalecer la cohesión del grupo.
El formato reducido permite una vivencia íntima, con actividades adaptadas a las necesidades del equipo: desde talleres creativos o experienciales hasta dinámicas colaborativas orientadas al bienestar, la comunicación y la confianza. Todo ello, en un espacio acogedor que favorece el contacto humano y el crecimiento conjunto.
Objetivos:
Vive una experiencia diferente de dos días en un albergue acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza, dentro del Parque Natural de la Sierra de Mariola. Un entorno tranquilo, inspirador y cercano, perfecto para salir del ritmo cotidiano, compartir vivencias y fortalecer los lazos del equipo en un ambiente relajado.
Durante la estancia, los participantes podrán escoger entre diferentes actividades diseñadas para fomentar la conexión, la creatividad y el bienestar colectivo. Las propuestas combinan movimiento, expresión artística y contacto con el entorno: rutas guiadas por paisajes emblemáticos, salidas en bicicleta eléctrica por pueblos con encanto, talleres de improvisación teatral, sesiones de percusión grupal, fotografía de naturaleza, apicultura o prácticas corporales centradas en el bienestar.
Una experiencia flexible y personalizada que permite construir vínculos sólidos, descubrir nuevas formas de colaboración y regresar con un equipo más cohesionado, motivado y resiliente.
