Its two-story building, with its unique architecture, is surrounded by gardens and open spaces that are ideal for outdoor activities without leaving the premises. The conversion of a 20th-century industrial complex into an ecotourism project within the Iruelas Valley nature reserve.
The former workers' village now offers fully equipped rural accommodations for rent. A total of 37 cottages are available: 6 one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom. There is also a multi-purpose room for meetings and events and an outdoor area.

A complete experience to enjoy Segovia from the air, combining a hot air balloon flight with an authentic cochinillo menu.
