Objectives:
This training is designed to help company teams improve their daily organization and time management. Through hands-on techniques, participants will learn how to optimize the workspace, eliminate clutter, and apply strategies to increase their productivity. The day includes prioritization methods such as the Eisenhower Matrix, daily and weekly planning techniques, and the use of digital tools to manage tasks and projects more efficiently. In addition, concepts of ergonomics and health in the workplace will be worked on, with conscious movement exercises to reduce stress and improve workplace well-being. An ideal program for companies that want to promote a more efficient and organized work environment.
The program also includes lunch in the same space, a natural and quiet environment to share quiet moments and ideal for concentration and creativity.

60 square meters of open-plan, fully glazed space, like a lighthouse gallery, a place to pause, observe, focus, and continue. La Bola del Mundo and Siete Picos form the backdrop.
A private room for your meeting or training session. Work materials and fiber optic Wi-Fi are provided to ensure your day is perfect.
Plus, a 30-square-meter kitchen with a breakfast nook is entirely at your disposal: the best ideas and plans are born in the kitchen… ours is always open and smells of homemade cake. Why not join us for a coffee?
