In a quiet setting in the Safor region, the team will visit an artisanal distillery where they will learn about the process of making traditional liqueurs.
During the tour, there will be a botanical workshop, in which creativity and collaboration will be stimulated through the aromas and nuances of local ingredients. The day continues with a guided tasting and pairing of different products, creating a relaxed space for conversation and shared enjoyment.
To close, the group will enjoy a signature meal with local products in a local cuisine restaurant. An ideal proposal to strengthen bonds, stimulate the senses and promote cohesion in a relaxed and quality atmosphere.
La Clandestilería is a small-batch artisanal distillery located in the heart of the La Safor region, where tradition and innovation combine to create unique experiences for companies and groups. In this singular space, spirits are crafted in small batches entirely by hand, using a traditional copper still and the highest quality natural raw materials.
In addition to its exclusive product, La Clandestilería offers a versatile space for team-building activities, training sessions, and corporate events, with an open-plan room equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector, and everything needed for presentations or guided tastings. This activity offers a unique experience at an artisanal distillery, where participants can learn about the production process of different spirits and taste various types. The visit includes an introduction to the history of the distillery, a detailed explanation of the distillation process, and a botanicals workshop to identify the raw materials used. Finally, there is a guided tasting of Gin Roders, highlighting its organoleptic characteristics and professional tasting techniques. The experience ends with a cocktail made with the house’s star product.

This unique experience combines a visit to an artisanal distillery with a guided tasting of premium liquors and a pairing with local products. Participants will learn about the gin and spirit-making process, take part in a botanical workshop to identify raw ingredients, and enjoy a guided tasting of Gin Roders and other barrel-aged gins. Each tasting is complemented by a food pairing (dried fruit, pickles, Iberian cold cuts, and cured cheeses) to enhance the flavors of each spirit. The activity concludes with a special cocktail prepared by the distillery's experts.
