Then, there is a tour of the winery facilities, including the cellar, where the secrets of winemaking and aging in barrels and clay amphorae are revealed. Finally, the activity concludes with a guided tasting of wines and mistelas paired with local products, where basic tasting techniques are learned and participant connection is encouraged through wine.
