This activity offers an authentic experience to learn how to cook Valencian paella using fresh ingredients from the Ruzafa market. The team of local chefs and assistants guides the group in a fun and dynamic atmosphere, promoting collaboration and teamwork. In the morning, the group visits the market to select the necessary products while discovering Valencian culinary culture and traditions.
During the visit, participants learn about the origin of the ingredients and their importance in the original recipe. Afterwards, they move to the kitchen to enjoy welcome tapas before starting the hands-on class. Each participant learns to prepare paella by following the chef’s instructions, who shares traditional tips and techniques. The session ends with a communal paella tasting, accompanied by local wines and typical desserts, in a relaxed and laid-back environment—ideal for strengthening group cohesion.

The activity consists of sampling 4 creative tapas paired with local wines and sparkling wines. The tasting is done blindfolded, enhancing the senses of smell and taste, and creating a fun and stimulating sensory immersion. Additionally, it highlights small local producers who craft authentic, traditional, and innovative products. Ideal for corporate teams looking for a different activity to strengthen mutual trust and enjoy a shared experience.
Objectives:
In this pottery workshop, participants will create their own clay tree, a unique handmade piece. The activity begins with a brief introduction to working with clay and the different modeling techniques. Then, each person will shape and decorate their tree, experimenting with textures and forms. The experience fosters creativity, relaxation, and group collaboration, providing a moment of disconnection and artistic expression. The pieces created will be fired in the studio and can be collected once finished.
Objectives:
The activity offers a full wine experience that includes a guided tour through the vineyards and facilities of a winery located in the Baix Penedès, followed by a wine tasting with optional pairings of coques enramades, a traditional local product. Participants can choose to taste between 5 and 6 wines, depending on availability. A shorter tasting without the tour can also be arranged, with different options based on the number of wines. The activity is designed to foster team cohesion while exploring the wine culture of the Penedès region.
