In Aragón’s peaceful and natural surroundings, this CSR-focused experience puts emotional well-being at the center of business transformation. Over the course of two days, corporate teams will take part in a training-based and experiential journey focused on strengthening emotional intelligence and team cohesion.
The main activity will be a specialized workshop that integrates mindfulness, somatic movement techniques, and applied neuroscience tools, enabling participants to improve emotional regulation, enhance empathy, and build healthier, more effective workplace relationships.
