A guided experience by mycology experts to discover the different mushroom species present in the forests of El Barraco. Participants will learn how to identify edible and toxic mushrooms, how to collect them sustainably, and understand their ecological importance within forest ecosystems. During the route, a Mycology Classroom-Workshop will be held in the open field, where the specimens found will be classified, a sensory analysis will be done, and tips on how to cook and preserve them will be shared. This activity promotes respect for nature and environmental awareness, highlighting the importance of maintaining the ecological balance of the forests.
