In addition, concepts of ergonomics and health in the workplace will be worked on, with conscious movement exercises to reduce stress and improve workplace well-being. The experience plans an overnight stay in accommodations ( not included in price), fostering coexistence and strengthening bonds between team members. The Nature Therapy methodology helps participants disconnect from daily routines and connect with the natural environment, creating a space for personal and collective growth. Theatrical improvisation is a very powerful tool used in corporate environments as a learning technique to equip professionals with new transversal skills that are not as effectively learned through more traditional methods. We will work with improvisation tools that allow us, in a playful way, to focus on teamwork and adaptability. The session will culminate in small group-based improvised theatrical compositions.

In this workshop, corporate teams have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional recipes from various countries, guided by refugees who share their life stories and culinary culture. A unique experience to enjoy panoramic views from a hot air balloon. The activity begins with the preparation and inflation of the balloon, followed by a one-hour flight over Madrid’s landscapes. At the end of the flight, there is a smooth landing, a celebration with cava and breakfast, and a commemorative diploma is given. A photo and video report is also included so participants can have a keepsake of the experience.
