Set in a calm and historic environment in the heart of Tarragona, the day is structured around playful challenges, shared goals, and active participation.

Participants will be able to choose from a variety of group dynamics aimed at improving communication and trust: from cooperative challenges and logic-based games like "Deactivate the Bomb", to movement-based activities such as the cooperative wheel or collaborative party games.
The day also includes a dynamic, team-building lunch and the option to close the experience with a powerful group drumming session—symbolizing synchronicity, listening, and the shared rhythm of the team.

You will learn everything from basic design concepts and resources for creating content and promotional/informational materials, to differentiating between identity and corporate image, applying it in documents and communication outputs, generating sustainable and accessible communication, and planning your organization’s communication strategy to provide a coherent image and improve external relationship results.

A discovery and orientation dynamic where, using a map, participants must locate a series of points in the area based on their current position. Always set in a simple, low-risk environment, they learn in a fun way and in a beautiful natural setting to develop map-reading and interpretation skills, as well as teamwork and cooperation. Once the teams have completed the first route, and while taking a short break, key aspects of the activity are reviewed, and a second round is proposed to apply what was learned in the first circuit. After completing the second round, it’s time to recognize improvements, highlight learnings, and define final conclusions to transfer the new skills to the daily work environment.

Finca Tamarit is a holiday camp located in Tamarit, very close to Tarragona, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the castles of Tamarit, Ferran, and Altafulla. It boasts extensive woodlands and gardens that form part of the landscape of the Tamarit-Punta de la Móra Natural Park, the Gaià River Nature Reserve, Tamarit Beach, and Cala Jovera.

The facilities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, several multipurpose rooms, and multiple sports fields, ideal for team-building activities and corporate events.
