Objetives:
Set in a calm and historic environment in the heart of Tarragona, the day is structured around playful challenges, shared goals, and active participation.
Participants will be able to choose from a variety of group dynamics aimed at improving communication and trust: from cooperative challenges and logic-based games like "Deactivate the Bomb", to movement-based activities such as the cooperative wheel or collaborative party games.
The day also includes a dynamic, team-building lunch and the option to close the experience with a powerful group drumming session—symbolizing synchronicity, listening, and the shared rhythm of the team.

En un entorn natural i inspirador del Penedès o el Garraf, aquesta jornada combina formació pràctica, reflexió i treball en equip, adaptada a les necessitats reals de cada grup.
Amb activitats personalitzades i espais acollidors, la jornada permet desenvolupar habilitats professionals mentre es reforcen els vincles, s’identifiquen àrees de millora i es defineixen accions concretes per aplicar en el dia a dia. Una experiència íntima, útil i transformadora, ideal per a equips que volen créixer junts en un ambient que afavoreix la connexió, la concentració i el progrés compartit.
Objectius:
Aquesta jornada està pensada per a empreses, entitats i col·lectius que volen fer un pas endavant en el compromís ambiental i en la millora del treball en equip. A través d’una formació principal centrada en la reducció de la petjada ecològica, els participants identificaran àrees de millora dins de la seva organització i dissenyaran un pla d’acció realista i personalitzat per aplicar pràctiques més sostenibles en el seu dia a dia. Es treballaran temes clau com la gestió de residus, l’eficiència energètica, el consum responsable i la mobilitat sostenible.
Després d’aquesta primera part, els assistents podran escollir una activitat formativa complementària entre diverses opcions relacionades amb la dinamització d’equips, la comunicació, la gestió emocional, la igualtat de gènere, la inclusió o el benestar laboral. Aquestes activitats permeten adaptar la jornada a les necessitats concretes de cada grup i reforçar diferents aspectes del desenvolupament personal i professional.
Una proposta ideal per a equips reduïts de fins a 20 persones, que busquen un entorn inspirador per formar-se, reflexionar i enfortir els seus vincles mentre incorporen eines útils i aplicables tant a nivell individual com organitzacional.
The Drum Circle is an interactive experience in which all participants are given percussion instruments and create music together under the guidance of a facilitator. No prior musical knowledge is required. The activity begins with ice-breaker dynamics and continues with a variety of musical exercises that foster team cohesion, respect, and communication. Through body percussion and the use of instruments such as djembes, goliats, shakers, and güiros, participants experience the importance of active listening and collective synchronization.
Objectives:
A Mediterranean beachfront village that blends nature, design, and comfort. It features eco-bungalows and glamping tents surrounded by lush vegetation, as well as a spectacular beach club with two swimming pools, one of them an infinity pool, and spacious Mediterranean-inspired areas with wooden decking and open spaces. Awarded the FAD Architecture and Design Prize in the City and Landscape category, this venue offers a unique setting for corporate retreats or group getaways. It also boasts an adjacent sports complex (tennis, paddle tennis, beach volleyball, and swimming pools) and belongs to the Alfacs Bay Nautical Station, allowing for the organization of exclusive activities such as kayaking, water cycling, and tastings at floating mussel farms.

Finca Tamarit is a holiday camp located in Tamarit, very close to Tarragona, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the castles of Tamarit, Ferran, and Altafulla. It boasts extensive woodlands and gardens that form part of the landscape of the Tamarit-Punta de la Móra Natural Park, the Gaià River Nature Reserve, Tamarit Beach, and Cala Jovera.
The facilities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, several multipurpose rooms, and multiple sports fields, ideal for team-building activities and corporate events.
