Connecting with the environment, strengthening bonds and taking care of individual and collective well-being: this conference proposes a transformative experience for work teams in the middle of nature, within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park.

In a cozy hostel, surrounded by tranquility and vegetation, the group will be able to choose between two activities designed to promote cohesion, communication and shared growth: a bicycle route with experiential dynamics focused on emotional well-being, or a day of hiking combined with self-care exercises, active listening and teamwork.

Both proposals use methodologies based on the connection with nature and have a solidarity component, since their realization contributes to a social project of reuse of bicycles for people in vulnerable situations. A full day to reconnect, be inspired and move forward together with purpose.

An intimate and close experience where shared experiences are transformed into indelible memories. Designed to enjoy and strengthen the bonds between classmates, this activity promotes an authentic connection in a relaxed and motivating environment.

A proposal designed for companies that seek to strengthen the bonds within their teams in a natural, calm and welcoming environment. This day takes place in a hostel next to the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, an ideal space to disconnect from the routine and share a meaningful experience.

During the day, participants will be able to choose from different activities designed to encourage joint growth. Among the options are a body practice focused on physical and mental well-being; a nature photography experience; a beekeeping activity with honey tasting; and theatrical improvisation dynamics to enhance communication, creativity and teamwork.

Day for groups who want to live a different experience, developed in a hostel surrounded by nature, within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park. A quiet and close environment, perfect for getting out of the daily rhythm and connecting through shared experiences.

Throughout the day, the group will be able to enjoy varied activities that combine movement, creativity and connection with the environment. From a guided route with history and landscape, to an electric bike tour through charming villages. You can also opt for a body practice focused on well-being or for theatrical improvisation dynamics that invite you to let go, express yourself and create together.

An intimate and close experience where shared experiences are transformed into indelible memories. Designed to enjoy and strengthen the bonds between peers, this activity promotes an authentic connection in a relaxed and motivating environment

A different day to share as a team, enjoy the environment and experience the Mediterranean essence. In Valencia, participants will delve into the local culture through a paella workshop, where cooking together becomes a participatory, tasty and fun experience.

The day can be completed with a socarrat workshop, decorating traditional Valencian tiles, or with water activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing or surfing, ideal for releasing energy and strengthening the connection between colleagues.
