Objectius:
Aquesta jornada està pensada per a empreses, entitats i col·lectius que volen fer un pas endavant en el compromís ambiental i en la millora del treball en equip. A través d’una formació principal centrada en la reducció de la petjada ecològica, els participants identificaran àrees de millora dins de la seva organització i dissenyaran un pla d’acció realista i personalitzat per aplicar pràctiques més sostenibles en el seu dia a dia. Es treballaran temes clau com la gestió de residus, l’eficiència energètica, el consum responsable i la mobilitat sostenible.
Després d’aquesta primera part, els assistents podran escollir una activitat formativa complementària entre diverses opcions relacionades amb la dinamització d’equips, la comunicació, la gestió emocional, la igualtat de gènere, la inclusió o el benestar laboral. Aquestes activitats permeten adaptar la jornada a les necessitats concretes de cada grup i reforçar diferents aspectes del desenvolupament personal i professional.

The Friendly Match activity offers corporate teams the chance to enjoy a sports and solidarity-based experience that promotes team cohesion and social inclusion. Participants play a football match with refugees, creating a space for coexistence and mutual understanding. Before the match, CEAR gives an awareness-raising talk to share the reality of refugees and promote values such as empathy and solidarity. The activity helps break down stereotypes and build personal connections through sport, while also enhancing skills such as communication, collaboration, and mutual trust. Adaptable to different physical levels, this friendly match can be organized either at sports facilities or on company premises, offering a rewarding experience both athletically and personally.

Former residence of the renowned pedagogue Marta Mata. It is a thirteenth-century farmhouse located in the centre of the town of Saifores. It is a large flat and closed area, surrounded by small forests, vineyards and crop fields. In the house there are spacious multipurpose rooms that preserve the original structure. A 500m2 library and a 200m2 room stand out.
