Experience a different day in the city of Valencia, designed for small groups of less than 20 people. An intimate and close experience where shared experiences are transformed into indelible memories. Designed to enjoy and strengthen the bonds between peers, this activity promotes an authentic connection in a relaxed and motivating environment
A different day to share as a team, enjoy the environment and experience the Mediterranean essence. In Valencia, participants will delve into the local culture through a paella workshop, where cooking together becomes a participatory, tasty and fun experience.
The day can be completed with a socarrat workshop, decorating traditional Valencian tiles, or with water activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing or surfing, ideal for releasing energy and strengthening the connection between colleagues.
A proposal designed to create shared memories and enjoy the value of being together, outside of the routine.
Objectives:
Accompanied by instructors certified by the Valencian Sailing Federation, participants learn to control the sail and steer the board following a didactic method adapted to all skill levels. After an initial explanation about technique and safety, the group heads out to sea to put the acquired knowledge into practice, always under the supervision of the instructors and with the support of a safety boat. The activity is designed to promote collaboration, communication, and personal growth, while enjoying nature and the adrenaline of gliding over the waves. The equipment used is top quality and includes wetsuits, sails, and boards adapted to each participant. The experience takes place in a safe and controlled environment, with optimal weather conditions for sailing.
Objectives:
Paddle Surf, also known as SUP (Stand Up Paddle), is a water activity ideal for improving balance and coordination while enjoying the marine environment. Participants learn to move while standing on a surf-like board, using a paddle to propel themselves forward. After a brief technical explanation, the group heads out onto the water to practise, always under the supervision of qualified instructors. The activity encourages communication and teamwork, often incorporating group games to make it more dynamic and fun. Ocean Republik is a pioneer in Adaptive Paddle Surf, allowing people with disabilities to be included in the experience. The equipment used is state-of-the-art and includes wetsuits to ensure comfort throughout the year. The experience takes place in a safe, controlled environment, with a support boat to ensure group safety at all times.
Objectives:
This activity offers an authentic experience to learn how to cook Valencian paella using fresh ingredients from the Ruzafa market. The team of local chefs and assistants guides the group in a fun and dynamic atmosphere, promoting collaboration and teamwork. In the morning, the group visits the market to select the necessary products while discovering Valencian culinary culture and traditions.
During the visit, participants learn about the origin of the ingredients and their importance in the original recipe. Afterwards, they move to the kitchen to enjoy welcome tapas before starting the hands-on class. Each participant learns to prepare paella by following the chef’s instructions, who shares traditional tips and techniques. The session ends with a communal paella tasting, accompanied by local wines and typical desserts, in a relaxed and laid-back environment—ideal for strengthening group cohesion.
Objectives:
The socarrat workshop offers a unique experience to discover the traditional Valencian art of decorating clay tiles. Participants learn about the history and creation process of socarrat, from clay preparation to drawing and firing. With the help of specialized instructors, each participant paints their own piece using ceramic slips in reddish and black tones, which they can take home the same day. The activity is perfect for fostering creativity and team cohesion in a cultural and relaxed environment.
Objectives:
"We Are One in Colours" is a teambuilding activity that uses Boomwhackers (colored musical tubes) to foster team cohesion through music and collective synchronization. The activity begins with rhythm exercises and active listening, then progresses towards the joint creation of a musical piece. This experience helps participants improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and enhance creativity within the company. With a practical and dynamic approach, this activity allows participants to experience the importance of harmony and coordination to achieve a common goal. Ideal for companies looking for a fun and impactful activity to reinforce teamwork and motivation among their members.
Objectives:
The Hiking Velobenestar activity (3 days) offers a transformative experience that combines hiking and experiential activities to enhance team cohesion and well-being. Over three days, participants engage in guided dynamics to improve self-awareness, communication, and conflict resolution. The experience plans two overnight stays in rural accommodations ( not included in the price), promoting interaction and strengthening the bonds among team members. The Nature Therapy methodology helps disconnect from daily routines and reconnect with the natural environment, creating a space for personal and collective growth. Additionally, participation in this activity contributes to the social work of Velorecicla, an association dedicated to bicycle reuse to support people in vulnerable situations.

A collective musical experience designed to strengthen team cohesion in a playful, relaxed, and inspiring atmosphere. Through the joint creation of a percussion group, participants connect in a new way, fostering communication, active listening, and teamwork.
This activity offers the chance to explore new forms of collaboration through rhythm and movement, breaking routines and opening space for mutual recognition. The workshop may conclude with a group performance that showcases the work done, encouraging a sense of belonging and shared celebration.
