The Biking Velobenestar activity (1 day) is a transformative experience that combines nature, sport, and experiential dynamics to foster team cohesion and personal well-being. Participants go on bike rides through natural surroundings while engaging in activities focused on self-awareness, self-care, and conflict resolution. This experience promotes collaboration, communication, and mutual trust, helping teams develop social and emotional skills in a safe and inspiring environment. Based on a Nature Therapy methodology, it creates a space for personal and collective growth, strengthening group cohesion and connection with the natural environment. Additionally, participation in this activity supports the solidarity work of Velorecicla, a non-profit organization dedicated to reusing bicycles to help people in vulnerable situations.
