The yoga and pilates on paddle surf activity is a unique experience that combines sport, balance, and well-being in a natural setting. On a paddle surf board, participants perform poses and exercises that help strengthen the body, improve balance, and enhance focus. The session is guided by a certified instructor, who adapts the exercises to each group's level, ensuring an accessible and enriching experience. The activity begins with a brief technical explanation to get familiar with the board and balance, followed by a series of exercises that work on strength, flexibility, and coordination. This experience encourages team cohesion, mutual trust, and personal growth, all while enjoying the tranquility of the sea. The equipment includes adapted paddle surf boards and wetsuits to ensure comfort throughout the year.
