The Host a Plate activity is an initiative of CEAR that seeks to promote the inclusion of refugees through gastronomy. In this workshop, corporate teams have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional recipes from various countries, guided by refugees who share their life stories and culinary culture. This experience not only enriches the participants on a gastronomic level, but also promotes team cohesion, empathy and intercultural understanding. Workshops can be held in local markets or at the company's facilities, creating a close and participatory environment. In addition, this activity contributes to improving the employability of refugees, providing them with a platform to showcase their skills and facilitate their social and labour integration.
Objectives:
"EcoCreativity as a Team!" is a purpose-driven teambuilding activity that blends creativity, collaboration, and environmental awareness. The experience begins with a visual and interactive talk on marine biodiversity and the issue of waste, followed by one of two engaging options: a team quiz to test environmental knowledge or a creative challenge where participants build a sculpture using recyclable materials previously collected at work. A dynamic and inspiring experience with positive impact that connects teams with values like commitment, sustainability, and collaboration.
Objectives:
The Museum Gymkhana is a teambuilding activity designed for companies aiming to foster cohesion and communication among their members in a cultural environment. This activity includes clue-based challenges that combine linguistic and local knowledge. Mixed teams will be formed to solve the challenges and explore various points in the museum.
Objectives:
A fun, dynamic teambuilding experience with real impact. The activity takes place on a beach and is divided into two parts: first, teams compete in a timed, zone-based clean-up, collecting as much waste as possible. The final weight contributes to the overall score. Then, teams face off in a quiz on sustainability, recycling, and biodiversity, based on the organization's educational content. The winning team is the one with the highest combined score from the clean-up and the quiz. An original way to connect as a team, learn, and act for the environment.
