In the Baix Llobregat, the combination of urban activity and natural environments creates an ideal setting for the team to grow. You can take part in gymkhanas around the city, cooking workshops with local products, or activities in nature by the river or at the gates of the Agrarian Park. We partner with companies in the area to offer proposals that fit in with the reality of the territory and bring a new look at what is familiar to you.
A gastronomic contest in which only with teamwork and collaboration will we overcome the challenges that will allow us to achieve everything we need to create the best tapas within the established time. We are not only talking about food, but we will have to develop our skills in teamwork, communication, creative and culinary arts to delight the rest of our colleagues with our creations.
The tapas will be tasted as an appetizer before the meal.
Objectives:
The Healthy Eating Training activity aims to provide teams with practical tools to improve their eating habits and enhance their physical and mental well-being. During the session, participants learn to plan a balanced diet, identify healthy foods, and adapt their nutrition to the demands of daily work life. Through real-life examples and practical advice, a more mindful relationship with food is encouraged, improving focus, energy, and motivation. The activity includes participatory dynamics to share experiences and resolve doubts, creating a space of trust that strengthens team cohesion. Adapted to different needs, this training can be integrated into corporate wellness programs or offered as a one-time action to promote health in the workplace.
Objectives:
A fun, dynamic teambuilding experience with real impact. The activity takes place on a beach and is divided into two parts: first, teams compete in a timed, zone-based clean-up, collecting as much waste as possible. The final weight contributes to the overall score. Then, teams face off in a quiz on sustainability, recycling, and biodiversity, based on the organization's educational content. The winning team is the one with the highest combined score from the clean-up and the quiz. An original way to connect as a team, learn, and act for the environment.
Objectives:
A discovery and orientation dynamic where, using a map, participants must locate a series of points in the area based on their current position. Always set in a simple, low-risk environment, they learn in a fun way and in a beautiful natural setting to develop map-reading and interpretation skills, as well as teamwork and cooperation. Once the teams have completed the first route, and while taking a short break, key aspects of the activity are reviewed, and a second round is proposed to apply what was learned in the first circuit. After completing the second round, it’s time to recognize improvements, highlight learnings, and define final conclusions to transfer the new skills to the daily work environment.
Objectives:
Theatrical improvisation is a very powerful tool used in corporate environments as a learning technique to equip professionals with new transversal skills that are not as effectively learned through more traditional methods. We will work with improvisation tools that allow us, in a playful way, to focus on teamwork and adaptability. The session will culminate in small group-based improvised theatrical compositions.

Objectives:
Defuse the Bomb is a virtual reality experience designed to foster interaction and teamwork, combining both cooperative and competitive elements. In groups of 3 to 5 participants, teams must try to defuse as many explosive devices as possible within the set time to score points and claim victory.
Each group will have a pair of virtual reality goggles and a bomb defusal manual. Participants rotate between the bomb defusal room (with the VR goggles) and the instruction manual area. The person wearing the goggles is the only one who sees and manipulates the device but doesn’t know how to deactivate it; the rest of the team, with the manual in hand, has the necessary information but cannot see the explosive. This makes communication and coordination essential for success.
As the activity progresses, teams face increasingly challenging scenarios. It is an experience that quickly engages everyone and highlights group dynamics, communication styles, and decision-making under stress and conflict resolution.
Objectives:
A musical activity where participants are divided into bands that must complete various challenges to sell the most tickets and achieve “Sold Out” status. Challenges include guessing songs, miming, lip-reading, and singing snippets of well-known tracks. Each challenge awards a certain number of tickets depending on the team’s success. The facilitator, with theatrical skills and a passion for music, leads the activity and keeps the energy high throughout the session.
