The yoga and pilates on paddle surf activity is a unique experience that combines sport, balance, and well-being in a natural setting. On a paddle surf board, participants perform poses and exercises that help strengthen the body, improve balance, and enhance focus. The session is guided by a certified instructor, who adapts the exercises to each group's level, ensuring an accessible and enriching experience. The activity begins with a brief technical explanation to get familiar with the board and balance, followed by a series of exercises that work on strength, flexibility, and coordination. This experience encourages team cohesion, mutual trust, and personal growth, all while enjoying the tranquility of the sea. The equipment includes adapted paddle surf boards and wetsuits to ensure comfort throughout the year.

Aimed at both medium groups (20–60 people) and large-format teams (more than 60), this day combines actions of environmental or social value with large spaces and collaborative dynamics that promote cohesion and a sense of belonging.

The Via Ferrata, located in the Sierra del Bolón in Elda, Alicante, is an experience designed to enhance teamwork, personal growth, and communication among professionals. The route includes climbing sections, horizontal traverses, Tibetan bridges, and a 110-meter zip line — one of the longest in the Valencian Community. The course presents progressively challenging elements and offers spectacular panoramic views of Elda and its natural surroundings. This activity is ideal for companies looking to strengthen team cohesion outside the workplace environment.

This immersive experience allows participants to dive into the world of wine from its very origin, starting with a guided tour of the vineyards, located 15 minutes by car from the winery. During the visit, you’ll learn how climate, soil type, and organic farming techniques influence wine quality. Guided by expert instructors, participants paddle along the Valencian coast following a route adapted to the group’s level. The crossing can be personalized with a chosen theme, such as carnivals, Halloween, or full moon night outings, adding a special touch to the experience. After a brief technical explanation, the group heads out onto the water with state-of-the-art paddle boards, enjoying the views, the sea, and the company of their teammates. The activity promotes communication, mutual trust, and personal growth, while discovering nature in an active way. The equipment includes wetsuits for year-round comfort and a support boat to ensure group safety at all times.

The Biking Velobenestar activity (1 day) is a transformative experience that combines nature, sport, and experiential dynamics to foster team cohesion and personal well-being. Participants go on bike rides through natural surroundings while engaging in activities focused on self-awareness, self-care, and conflict resolution. This experience promotes collaboration, communication, and mutual trust, helping teams develop social and emotional skills in a safe and inspiring environment. Based on a Nature Therapy methodology, it creates a space for personal and collective growth, strengthening group cohesion and connection with the natural environment. Additionally, participation in this activity supports the solidarity work of Velorecicla, a non-profit organization dedicated to reusing bicycles to help people in vulnerable situations.

During the program, the group will take a guided environmental interpretation tour with a field notebook, identifying representative species of the local flora and fauna. In addition, a practical wildlife tracking activity will be carried out with an expert naturalist, which includes the analysis of footprints, the use of photo traps and other respectful techniques to study micromammals.

Coasteering in Alicante is an exciting activity that combines several disciplines to offer a unique experience on the Mediterranean coast. Participants jump from different heights, swim among colorful fish, do light climbing and descents, and explore sea caves full of surprises. This activity, originally from the United Kingdom, is ideal for groups looking to strengthen cohesion and teamwork while enjoying nature and adventure. At the end of the activity, participants practice snorkeling to relax body and mind, observing the area's rich marine life.
Objectives:
The Ull de Canals hostel is located next to the Sierra Mariola Natural Park, 3 km from Banyeres de Mariola. It has two rooms for 30 people each, a large dining room, spacious outdoor areas, and offers accommodation and catering services. Team-building and training activities are also organized at Finca Buixcarró, a flora and fauna reserve located 10 minutes from the hostel.

This hostel, located in the Vall d’Agres within the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, can accommodate up to 42 people. The space is ideal for work groups, hiking, and corporate retreats in nature. It features four indoor rooms, two outdoor areas, and a barbecue. While they don't organize their own activities, they can provide contacts for guided tours in Bocairent, horseback riding, Segway tours, and other experiences in the area.

The Actio Hostel has been operational since 2002 and has a capacity for 104 people. It has 2 multipurpose rooms with 50-60 seats, a dining room with capacity for 150 people, and 4 classrooms for workshops or training. Outside there are spaces for activities, a swimming pool, picnic area for 100 people, a children's playground and a farm/vegetable garden.
It offers activities such as zip line, climbing wall, archery, guided hiking trails and environmental education workshops. The hostel has a farm and vegetable garden, with the special activity "Farmer for a day". Nature and hiking activities can also be organized with environmental interpretation.
