      "Gender and Sexual Diversity" is a training and awareness-raising activity focused on gender and sexual diversity in the workplace. The first, theoretical part covers concepts such as the sex-gender system and the stereotypes that contribute to discrimination. The second, more practical part includes participatory role-playing exercises and theatrical techniques to better understand the realities of LGTBIQ+ communities and how to foster more inclusive work environments.
