Paddle Surf, also known as SUP (Stand Up Paddle), is a water activity ideal for improving balance and coordination while enjoying the marine environment. Participants learn to move while standing on a surf-like board, using a paddle to propel themselves forward. After a brief technical explanation, the group heads out onto the water to practise, always under the supervision of qualified instructors. The activity encourages communication and teamwork, often incorporating group games to make it more dynamic and fun. Ocean Republik is a pioneer in Adaptive Paddle Surf, allowing people with disabilities to be included in the experience. The equipment used is state-of-the-art and includes wetsuits to ensure comfort throughout the year. The experience takes place in a safe, controlled environment, with a support boat to ensure group safety at all times.
