This unique experience combines a visit to an artisanal distillery with a guided tasting of premium liquors and a pairing with local products. Participants will learn about the gin and spirit-making process, take part in a botanical workshop to identify raw ingredients, and enjoy a guided tasting of Gin Roders and other barrel-aged gins. Each tasting is complemented by a food pairing (dried fruit, pickles, Iberian cold cuts, and cured cheeses) to enhance the flavors of each spirit. The activity concludes with a special cocktail prepared by the distillery's experts.
