The Hiking Velobenestar (2 days) activity offers a transformative experience that combines hiking and experiential activities to enhance group cohesion and well-being. Over two days, participants engage in guided dynamics to improve self-awareness, communication, and conflict resolution. The experience plans an overnight stay in accommodations ( not included in price), fostering coexistence and strengthening bonds between team members. The Nature Therapy methodology helps participants disconnect from daily routines and connect with the natural environment, creating a space for personal and collective growth. Additionally, participating in this activity contributes to the social work of Velorecicla, an organization dedicated to the reuse of bicycles to help people in vulnerable situations.

Maria is a psychologist, trained in nature therapy, EMDR and Gestalt and is also passionate about adventure and cycle tourism and Paolo is a monitor and mountain guide on a bicycle trained in nature therapy, an expert in cycle tourism trips and a specialist in self-sufficiency and bicycle repair, together they are the perfect combination to carry out this group hiking and wellness proposal.

Accessibility:

Adapted for people with reduced mobility, blind individuals, and the deaf.
