This activity offers an authentic experience to learn how to cook Valencian paella using fresh ingredients from the Ruzafa market. The team of local chefs and assistants guides the group in a fun and dynamic atmosphere, promoting collaboration and teamwork. In the morning, the group visits the market to select the necessary products while discovering Valencian culinary culture and traditions.
During the visit, participants learn about the origin of the ingredients and their importance in the original recipe. Afterwards, they move to the kitchen to enjoy welcome tapas before starting the hands-on class. Each participant learns to prepare paella by following the chef’s instructions, who shares traditional tips and techniques.
