The Basic Kit Assembly activity offers corporate teams the opportunity to directly contribute to the well-being of refugees by preparing kits with essential items. During this session, participants work together to organize and pack materials such as non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, and basic clothing. This hands-on experience not only strengthens cohesion and teamwork but also raises awareness of the urgent needs of vulnerable communities. In addition, before the activity, a brief informational talk is given by CEAR, outlining the situations refugees face and how these acts of solidarity have a positive impact on their lives. This initiative is an excellent way for companies to demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility and to foster values of empathy and solidarity among employees.
