The Refuge Cities activity offers corporate teams the opportunity to understand the reality of refugees and the integration challenges they face in host cities. Through participatory dynamics, participants explore concepts such as cultural diversity, empathy, and intercultural communication. The activity includes a sensitization talk led by CEAR professionals, as well as real testimonies from refugees who share their experiences. In addition, role-playing exercises and group work are carried out to promote cohesion, mutual understanding, and collaboration. The experience ends with a group reflection to identify how to apply these learnings in the workplace, helping to create more inclusive and respectful environments within the company.
