We are often unaware of the number of ingredients and gastronomic possibilities that nature offers us, right next to home and without needing to cultivate them. In this cooking workshop (with the option to include the preparation of natural remedies), we’ll learn how to make the most of all these resources provided by wild plants and 100% plant-based ingredients.

Objectives:

  • Create shared spaces with the team.
  • Learn about the culinary and medicinal uses of wild plants from our region.
  • Discover sweet and savory recipes using wild plants and 100% plant-based ingredients.
  • Encourage interest in and respect for nature.

Who makes it?

Berta is the heart of this young, rural, and female-led environmental awareness initiative. She focuses her work on returning to our roots in order to live more harmoniously with nature and to become more conscious of the actions we can take to minimize our environmental footprint—and, as a result, be happier. She studied Social Sciences (UOC) and Herbalism (Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine), and has worked in eco-conscious restaurants such as Relae (Copenhagen) and La Via del Vi (Perpignan).
