Via ferratas are vertical routes where participants progress while secured to a steel cable, using metal steps, chains, and Tibetan bridges. The activity begins with an introduction to the environment, the required equipment, and progression techniques. Participants start with an introductory section (K1) and, if they progress well, can take on a more challenging K2 section. With an approach adapted to different levels, this experience promotes team cohesion, leadership development, and overcoming personal limits. The activity is suitable for people aged 10 to 70, with a maximum of 30 participants per session and a ratio of 1 instructor for every 8 participants. Available from February to October, it is offered on weekdays and weekends depending on the season.
Objectives:
- Promote teamwork.
- Overcome personal limits.
- Develop leadership.
