The Dorodango activity offers corporate teams a creative and meditative experience based on a traditional Japanese technique. Guided by an expert ceramist, participants learn to transform field soil into clay and then shape it into a smooth, shiny ball known as dorodango. This process requires concentration, patience, and mindfulness, helping participants disconnect from daily rhythms and enhance their relaxation capacity.

It also promotes team cohesion through shared moments of calm and creativity. At the end of the activity, each participant takes home their finished ball in a small box as a tangible reminder of this exercise in connection with nature and oneself. The activity takes place at the Urpina estate, a natural environment managed by AMPANS that invites teams to disconnect, connect with nature, and enjoy a unique experience.
