The Relaxation and Wellbeing with Horses activity is a nature-based teambuilding experience designed to reduce stress, strengthen team cohesion, and improve communication. Through mindfulness techniques, heart coherence, and connection with the horses, participants learn to manage stress, enhance focus, and develop a relationship of empathy and trust with the animal. The activity is carried out on the ground, without riding the horses, and no prior experience is required. During the session, individual and group dynamics are used to encourage effective communication, active listening, and collaboration. The contact with nature and the presence of the horses create an atmosphere of calm and self-awareness, offering teams an enriching and memorable experience.
