"Gender Perspective, Keys to Success" is a training and awareness-raising activity focused on gender equality in business and organizational settings. Through a combination of theory and practice, key concepts are reviewed to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men. The session includes role-playing dynamics and theatrical techniques that allow participants to experience everyday situations related to gender discrimination and propose solutions to transform companies into more equal spaces.
