Based on the strategic approach developed by W. Chan Kim in his best-seller “Blue Ocean Strategy”, this course will teach us how to make competition irrelevant by expanding market boundaries and demand in line with customers’ real motivations and needs.
Objectives:
- Understand the foundations of Blue Ocean Strategy and learn in a practical and hands-on way how to replicate it in our own business.
- Get inspired by success stories such as IKEA, Yellow Tail wine, low-cost airlines, and others to apply the core theory.
- Work on redesigning our own value proposition using key tools such as the ERRC matrix, the strategic canvas, the PEC map, etc.
