The activity is led by Arrels Voladores, an environmental awareness project headed by Berta Garriga, a specialist in Social Sciences and Herbalism. With experience in organic gastronomy and environmental education, Berta combines creativity and knowledge to provide practical tools that help improve the relationship with food.
